Excellent services, spa and restaurant were just what I needed after a long driving. 20 minutes walk from arena. Sadly I could stay only 1 night.

The staff was extremely friendly and provided my wife and my friends great suggestions on places to go and things to do. Clean and quiet were the rooms which were spacious and well maintained.
I just wish it were a little closer to City Center.

Hotel was well situated, clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful. A free courtesy bus was arranged for transport to the opera, which was very helpful as it rained heavily during the evening and we came back early....

Distance from the city center required extra planning, and the Wi-Fi accessibility was annoyingly limited, making connectivity a challenge.

The breakfast was a treat with a range of pastries and scrambled eggs. The economy room was clean and had a comfy atmosphere with a minibar and tv. Spa facilities included a sauna and back massage. Free parking was a huge convenience too.

Old decoration and furniture, hotel does not look like a 4 star hotel I would rather say it is a 3 star hotel based on the decoration and old furniture. They are promoting the hotel on Booked.net as recently decorated which is absolutely not correct. Also staff was not so kind during breakfast on the first day, nobody was available in the kitchen to help with food.

We had a very clean & comfy room. Friendly & helpfull staff. A truly excellent breakfast. We did not take the offer of a shuttle bus to the opera & enjoyed a 30 minute walk through the city via the castle instead!
